Family friendly home away from home.

Extremely kids and family friendly. The buffet breakfast every morning was amazing (catered well for our vegetarian family) - the chef was passionate and enthusiastic about preparing special extra meals for my family we felt like VIP. My kids especially loved the large bathroom with a massive hot spring bathtub that fit all my 4 kids. Beds were large and comfy.

Good stay, had everything we needed

3 min to train station. Its clean and the bathroom is of good size. Provides baby cot and baby bath, ready when we check in. Great kids room and also kids play area by the reception. Very good breakfast too. Staff friendly.

The kids play room is only open from 3pm. We can only use the play area next to reception before 3pm. Not a big issue but just the kids were a little disappointed.

Wonderful

The room is very clean and comfortable. Location is good, it is not far from the train station and various hot springs venues. We had good sleep. The breakfast is good too. Many choices.

Met expectations, but leave room to desire

Got the Deluxe room, bathtub was big enough for two with nice flow of hot spring. The hotel just 3 mins walk from Jiaoxi train station, and beautiful decorated from exterior to interior, so it is hard to missed. The interior might look a bit childish in the lobby, but the room is just plainly nice and clean.

Staffs didn't explain the complex utilities, we were dumbfounded by how shower, never used such a complicated shower before, and by the way they arranged bathroom utilities like a hide and seek game.

Surprising private hot spring bathtub and great location

The location was really good, there are several restaurants around and hot springs. The room had a bathtub with hot spring (which I didn't know before checking in, so it was sort of a surprise), this made the ratio price/service pretty good. The bed was confortable.

There was only a small window trough which almost no sunlight went through, so the room seemed dark and small. I didn't enjoy the breakfast since I don't like typical Taiwanese breakfast...

Totally worth it

It was an great stay in the hotel. The price was pretty budget yet the services provided was more than what I expected. The staff were really friendly and patience. The room was pretty spacious and beds were comfy. And not least, the breakfast, different egg-menu every morning, cereal and milk are just simply my ultimate breakfast option . I would love to have another stay in this hotel again. To the staff: Keep it up!

Such a nice stay ????

- huge bath, really loved the shower and bathroom in general. Hot spring water - room goes completely dark... perfect for good rest after a full day exploring - easy walk to hot spring park - restaurants and train station super near the hotel - small play area for toddlers, lego for older kids - breakfast was really good considering the price...mainly taiwanese style but have a few western options

- parking elevator very narrow - economy twin size room, single beds, if they were a little bigger it would have been perfect

Breakfast was good and room was fine too. Staff can be more friendly while giving service. Value for money :)

Design of the toilet is weird and cause it all wet after shower.
